Legal & General is seeking a Senior Index & ETF Investment Specialist to join L&G Asset Management in London. You will drive commercial growth, shape product strategy, and engage with senior stakeholders.

You will lead initiatives across Investments, Distribution, and Product Development, delivering market insights, client-facing thought leadership, and innovative investment solutions. The role requires deep ETF and index expertise, strong research ability, and high autonomy to influence

Qualifications

Deep expertise in global equity markets and benchmark construction
Proven track record in ETF/index solutions and product design
Ability to conduct independent investment research and form market views

Responsibilities

Represent Index & ETF business with clients, consultants, platforms and partners
Lead commercial growth opportunities with sales across geographies
Engage strategic clients to support asset retention and new business
Shape positioning of Index & ETF product range to market needs
Drive identification and prioritisation of new products and strategies
Collaborate across Investments, Product Development, Distribution, Tech, Legal and Compliance
Create thought leadership, market commentary and client insights on benchmarks and developments
Provide guidance to Investment Specialists and broader teams
