Job summary

Legal & General Group is seeking a Senior Index & ETF Investment Specialist to drive commercial growth and shape product strategy within L&G Asset Management. The role requires leading major initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and representing the ETF/Index business to clients and platforms.

You will partner with sales, work with strategic clients, and develop market insights while collaborating across multiple functions to deliver growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of global equity markets and performance drivers.
• Strong expertise in ETFs and index-based solutions.
• Ability to conduct independent investment research and develop market views.
• Advanced Bloomberg proficiency.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Index & ETF business with clients and partners.
• Partner with sales teams to identify and deliver growth opportunities.
• Lead engagement with strategic clients to support asset retention.
• Shape positioning and messaging of the Index & ETF product range.
• Drive identification and prioritisation of new products and strategies.
• Collaborate across Investments, Product Development, Distribution, Technology, Legal and Compliance to deliver initiatives.
• Create thought leadership, market commentary, research and client insights.
• Guide Investment Specialists and wider teams, promoting best practice.
