Job summary

Legal & General (L&G) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape and deliver its Active Fixed Income product strategy, leading end-to-end lifecycle for funds, ETFs and managed accounts. You will collaborate with Investment, Distribution and wider teams to build client-focused solutions that meet regulatory and governance requirements.

You will drive product strategy, monitor performance, and engage with governance committees and boards to inform commercially viable offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience launching and managing funds across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of active fixed income and liquidity strategies.
• Knowledge of pooled product structures (UCITS, non-UCITS, ETFs).
• Experience across product strategy, development, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of new Active Fixed Income products.
• Manage product launches, amendments, mergers and closures.
• Coordinate milestones, actions, risks and working groups.
• Ensure regulatory, governance and policy compliance.
