Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) seeks a part-time Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join Birchfield Primary School, working 3 days a week during term time. You will support pupils within the Resource Base, helping create an inclusive learning environment and collaborate with staff across Triangle Schools.
The role offers opportunities for progression, a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification through our apprenticeship programme, and a strong coaching culture within the growing trust.

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision across the Prince Albert Community Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part time Senior Inclusion Support Worker to work 3 days a week, to join our growing team at Birchfield Primary School. The successful candidate will be supporting pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision. This is a key role where you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every child can thrive, succeed, and feel valued.
