Job summary

Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking a Senior Inclusion Support Worker for Lakay Lane Primary School to help children with complex SEND thrive in an inclusive setting.

The role supports mainstream pupils or those in the Resource Base, working with families and staff to create a safe, nurturing environment while promoting high levels of pupil progress. This term-time, 33.5-hour post offers strong CPD and development within a growing Trust.

About the Role

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision across the Prince Albert Community Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join our growing team at Lakay Lane Primary School.

The successful candidate will be supporting either mainstream pupils or pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision. This is a key role where you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every child can thrive, succeed, and feel valued.
