Job summary

Highfield Junior and Infant School, part of the Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT), seeks an Inclusion Teaching Assistant to support pupils in our Resource Base provision. The role is term-time only and based at Highfield, with a focus on creating a safe, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

The post supports pupils with complex SEND and involves working closely with families and school staff to promote inclusive practice and high standards of pupil welfare.

Qualifications

About the Role

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision across the Prince Albert Community Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Teaching Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be based at Highfield Junior and Infant School supporting pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision. This is a key role where you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every child can thrive, succeed, and feel valued.
