Highfield Junior and Infant School within Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking a Part Time Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join the specialist Resource Base. You will support pupils with complex SEND, work closely with teaching staff, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment during term time.
The role is 12.5 hours per week, part-time, with full training and ongoing professional development opportunities through the trust’s apprenticeship schemes and career

As part of our exciting expansion of specialist resource provision across the Prince Albert Community Trust, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part Time Senior Inclusion Support Worker to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be based at Highfield Junior and Infant School supporting pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision. This is a key role where you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment, ensuring every child can thrive, succeed, and feel valued.
