Job summary

Birchfield Primary School, part of Prince Albert Community Trust, seeks a Senior Inclusion Support Worker to support learners with SEND in our Resource Base. The role is term-time, part-time (28.75 hours) with progression within a growing inclusion team. Applicants may apply across Triangle Schools.

You will foster a safe, inclusive learning environment, build strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff, and contribute to inclusive practice across our trusts’ schools.

• Support pupils within our specialist Resource Base provision.
• Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with school teams across Triangle Schools.
• Assist with progression and inclusion planning for learners with SEND.
