Role Overview

This role focuses on strengthening member relationships through high satisfaction, retention, and engagement. The Account Manager will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, providing tailored inclusion and diversity support to deepen relationships and foster growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Support: Manage diverse member portfolios, respond to queries, offer advice, review policies, and share best practices.
  • Relationship Building: Develop trust-based relationships, understand client needs, and act as a valued advisor.
  • Renewals & Upselling: Drive retention and revenue through renewals and promoting relevant services.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand membership and enhance our inclusion offerings.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet targets related to retention, satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute insights, share innovative ideas, and stay abreast of trends in inclusion and diversity.

Candidate Requirements

We seek a motivated individual with proven experience in inclusion and diversity within a commercial setting, strong account management skills, and the ability to build relationships. Essential criteria include:

  • Extensive inclusion and diversity experience (in-house or consultancy)
  • Knowledge of inclusion issues and facilitation skills
  • Account management and sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and commercial awareness
  • Experience with data, KPIs, CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), and understanding of the Equality Act 2010
  • Project management skills and an inclusive approach
