Job summary

Marks Sattin is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Counsel to lead on high-value commercial deals for an international real estate business based in London. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, negotiate complex agreements, and mitigate risk with commercially practical solutions.

The successful candidate will bring strong commercial legal experience, ideally in-house, with a track record in real estate matters and excellent negotiation and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications
