Job summary

TAGGED RESOURCES in Manchester is seeking a Senior Import Merchandiser/Account Manager to manage a portfolio of menswear accounts across multiple brands. The role involves liaising with customers, planning timelines, and developing product with in-house teams.

You will monitor weekly paths, raise purchase orders, run reviews, and produce Shopify-driven sales reports, contributing to growth across the brands. A strong fashion sense and analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Merchandiser, Import Merchandiser, Account Manager, Product Developer, Production Manager or similar within fashion.
• Strong commercial awareness with passion for fashion and product.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Highly analytical with strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with worldwide customers is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer accounts for MTO/SMU lines.
• Plan timelines and key dates for in-house brand development.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Run customer meetings and collaborate with design teams to develop commercially relevant products.
• Monitor and chase weekly paths and sample trackers to meet deadlines with support.
• Raise Purchase Orders with factories with support.
• Run daily/weekly product review meetings.
• Create seasonal Excel trackers and reports with support from the Assistant Account Manager.
• Produce sales and performance reports from Shopify.
• Manage sales performance reviews with support.
• Support the Assistant Account Manager with day-to-day administration.
• Ensure all customer information and product data is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate communication between customers, suppliers and internal teams.
