Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer implementations from planning through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery within scope, timeline and budget. You will partner with Product, Engineering and DevOps, build strong client relationships, and drive improvements in delivery practices.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in project/implementation management are required; PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, implementation management, or professional services delivery.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from planning through delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of client implementation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and costs to clients and internal stakeholders.
