Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex initiatives across the product development lifecycle. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Testing, Legal, and other functions to plan, coordinate resources, manage delivery timelines, and drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee up to four projects annually, report progress, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain stakeholder communications while guiding teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT PMO or similar project management environments.
• Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to inclusive teamwork and shared success.
• Adaptability to changing organisational needs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to four complex projects annually, alongside moderate and simpler initiatives.
• Coordinate resource planning and allocation across projects and programmes.
• Communicate capacity and demand impacts clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
• Oversee all phases of projects within the product development lifecycle.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular progress reports.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to secure necessary resources.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct data analysis to support project decisions.
• Maintain accountability for project timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies effectively.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to team-wide initiatives.
