Job summary

Patchwork Health in London is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to oversee the most complex software deployments, ensuring strong outcomes for healthcare clients.

You will combine project management expertise with NHS rostering and workforce management knowledge, lead enterprise implementations, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders while mentoring teammates and refining delivery practices across Patchwork.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise software implementation projects within SaaS environments.
• Demonstrable experience delivering NHS rostering or workforce management implementations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale implementation projects, ensuring scope, budget and timelines are met.
• Coach colleagues, share best practices, and raise delivery standards across the team.
• Lead complex customer workshops, create high-quality proposals, and deliver product demonstrations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
• Ensure delivery excellence and manage delivery risks throughout the project lifecycle.
