Job summary

Wise in London (or Tallinn) is seeking an Implementation Manager for the Safeguarding Product team to ensure new products and entities are onboarded with strong controls and that incidents are handled quickly and transparently.

You will collaborate with safeguarding, engineering, analytics, finance, and regional controllers to protect customer funds across markets, driving end-to-end implementation and documentation from planning to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated finance, implementation, controls or regulatory/treasury operations.
• Ability to understand how customer money is protected within safeguarding regimes.
• Comfort with data and financial processing logic, including reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Run safeguarding reviews and onboarding for new products/changes with proper controls.
• Coordinate with product, treasury, compliance and finance to keep projects on track.
• Maintain an up-to-date tracker of projects needing safeguarding support and report status.
• Support new legal entities onboarding into global systems and local controls.
• Lead integration work to embed Wise products into safeguarding systems and document requirements, plans and testing.
