Job summary

Wise is seeking an Internal Audit Manager for the Operations/Safeguarding risk portfolio to join our growing IA team in London. The role involves coordinating and executing audits, building a strong internal audit function, and delivering risk-based recommendations.

You will lead audits across multiple business areas, develop continuous monitoring, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve governance, risk management and controls. Travel to Wise offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Clear working knowledge of safeguarding/CASS with external or internal audits.
• Audits in operations and treasury space.
• Experience in technology, fintech or financial services industries.
• Able to work independently and take ownership over complex areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute internal audits, managing teams and collaborating with partnering firms.
• Develop continuous monitoring and automated audit routines.
• Plan and deliver the annual audit plan for operations and safeguarding domains.
