Wise is seeking an Implementation Manager to join its fast-growing Finance & Treasury Product team in London or Tallinn. This is a unique opportunity to ensure safeguarding controls are in place as new products and entities launch, protecting customer funds during rapid expansion.

You will collaborate with Safeguarding Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance and Compliance, guiding end-to-end integrations and incident resolution with clarity and precision across time zones.

Qualificações

• Experience in implementation, controls, regulatory operations or treasury operations in financial services or fintech.
• Understanding safeguarding, client money/CASS or similar protection framework.
• Enjoys deep processing logic, reconciliations and financial data flows.
• Ability to bring clarity, structure and drive to multiple workstreams across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and lead the work to integrate new Wise products into safeguarding systems with cross-functional teams.
• Own large, complex integrations from start to finish with clear documentation and timelines.
• Support new entity launches and define local safeguarding controls for each entity.
• Keep safeguarding workflows and calculations well documented and up to date.
