Job summary

Venatrix in London is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding of care‑tech clients, from kickoff through data gathering, configuration support and go‑live, across multiple sites.

You'll report to a VP of Commercial, enjoy genuine autonomy and shape a scalable onboarding process as the company scales, with a fast-growing, AI-first product suite.

Travel across the UK is required; EMI share options and performance bonus potential accompany a salary of £60,000–£75,000.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale implementations across multi-site organisations.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical care teams.
• Interest in AI tools with demonstrable usage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client onboarding from kickoff to go-live.
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions for large organisations.
• Translate complex concepts into practical guidance for care teams.
• Present to groups of managers across regional training sessions.
• Help build a scalable implementation process as the team grows.
