Youth Futures Foundation is seeking a Deputy Director of Evaluation to lead the design, commissioning and management of impact evaluations. You will supervise teams across multiple hubs in the UK, driving credible evidence about what works to help young people into good jobs.

You will apply advanced quantitative methods, oversee complex projects and collaborate with senior leaders to shape the foundation's evaluation strategy and learning agenda in a hybrid working model (two days in the office,

Competenze

• Strong quantitative / statistical research skills.
• Experience designing and managing impact evaluations.
• Ability to lead a portfolio of projects and supervise staff.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and evaluators.
• Experience in UK public or charitable sectors is a plus.
