Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to present complex information to internal and external audiences.
• Able to build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience of primary and secondary research.
• Experience with survey design, creation, distribution and analysis using Excel, PowerBI, Qualtrics, or other survey and data visualisation platforms.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects, with competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
• Design, deliver and present data to clients and service users, accounting for varying levels of knowledge and scepticism.
