- Provide strategic Immigration Programme Management for corporate clients across EMEA and globally
- Oversee client immigration programmes and collaborate with clients using programme management and immigration expertise
- Monitor client accounts for compliance with SLAs and quality of services regionally or globally
- Advise clients on strategic service delivery and immigration compliance issues
- Identify operational weaknesses and improvement opportunities within Fragomen
- Provide ongoing client training to case teams
- Support account commercial success through billing issue resolution, cash collection efforts and billing accuracy improvements
- Support senior team members on larger accounts through training, project leadership and first-level escalation support
- Communicate successful actions, failures and remediation to managers and senior managers
- Identify and develop additional business opportunities with clients
- Lead implementation of projects and phased rollouts
- Support partners and marketing in winning new clients through RFPs, orals and other formal processes
- Lead and coordinate responses during critical or high-pressure situations
- Analyse client data to identify trends, monitor performance and generate actionable insights
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory and market developments and provide recommendations for strategic planning
- Build and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with SLAs and service quality
Requirements
- Relevant experience in corporate immigration law, in-house global mobility or immigration
- Experience working across more than one jurisdiction
- Experience handling complaints
- Experience with account management activities including reporting, project work, billing and collections issues
- Ability to develop outstanding working relationships with client contacts and gain their confidence
- Professional and efficient communication skills
- Ability to review and improve methods and procedures for day-to-day team and office processes
- Ability to generate clear, well-organised written work-product internally and externally
- Ability to promote an efficient and effective team culture
- Flexibility to operate beyond defined role boundaries and take accountability for delivery in global, client-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data, identifying patterns and translating insights into practical actions
- Critical thinking, creativity and a continuous improvement mindset
- Confidence to challenge existing approaches and develop innovative solutions
- French language skills preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the offered position’s location
