Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Lead to drive delivery across multiple regions. You will own capacity planning, prioritisation and oversee a team to ensure timely, compliant mobility case management.

You will collaborate with HRBPs and senior stakeholders, implement SLAs, KPIs and reporting, while identifying efficiency gains and sustaining risk controls. A strategic partner to the business, you will manage vendors and lead key mobility projects.

Qualifications

• Strong operational experience in a professional services/legal environment (5+ years).
• Experience managing high-volume, complex casework with delivery focus.
• Ability to lead teams through change while maintaining delivery.
• Excellent risk, governance and compliance awareness in operations.
• Right to work in the UK with evidence prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Mobility delivery across UK, EAME, MENA and Asia.
• Own workforce capacity planning, workload forecasting and prioritisation.
• Manage case allocation, workload and delivery priorities across the team.
• Ensure cases progress consistently, efficiently and to required standards.
• Track delivery costs and identify efficiency and spend-reduction opportunities.
• Embed the Global Mobility / HR Shared Services operating model.
• Establish ownership, accountability, work allocation and escalation points.
• Define and implement SLAs, KPIs, workflow, automation and reporting.
• Lead Global Mobility executives day to day and support team development.
• Ensure consistent policy application, compliance and operational risk escalation.
• Coordinate vendors and resolve operational vendor issues.
• Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders on active mobility matters.
• Provide updates on case progress, risks and timelines.
• Deliver key projects as they arise.

Requirements
