Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Reading is seeking an Immigration Lawyer with at least 7 years’ PQE to join a growing national team. The role centres on sponsor licences, global mobility and compliance audits, and offers a salary circa £65,000 depending on experience.

You will advise on Home Office investigations, build lasting client relationships and contribute to the practice’s expansion through networking, public speaking and business development.

Qualifications

• Solicitors with a minimum of 7 years' PQE.
• Experience advising businesses on UK Business Immigration matters.
• Experience with sponsor licences, workforce planning, global mobility and Home Office investigations.
• Proven ability to win, retain and develop client relationships.
• Experience in technology and manufacturing sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise on sponsor licences, workforce planning, global mobility, compliance audits and Home Office investigations, delivering commercially focused advice to a broad client base.
• Work with Partners to identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships and contribute to the strategic development of the national Immigration practice.
• Build profile within the market through networking, speaking engagements and business development initiatives, while mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the team.
