Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, overseeing end-to-end immigration processes.
• Ensure full compliance with UK immigration legislation and procedural requirements.
• Manage cases with attention to detail, KPIs, and SLAs to maintain high service standards.
• Lead and contribute to business development, tenders, and client seminars.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team of immigration specialists.
