Job summary

MASB Group, on behalf of Quality Counsel Law Limited, is seeking an experienced Immigration Advisor to join their London immigration team. The role focuses on providing specialist Level 3 immigration advice, managing complex casework and ensuring compliance with IAA standards and UK data protection regulations.

You will handle applications, representations, and client consultations with a commitment to excellent service, professional conduct, and meticulous case management.

Qualifications

• Must hold IAA Level 3 authorisation or equivalent.
• Extensive experience handling complex UK immigration matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage caseloads and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide immigration advice and services within the Level 3 scope of practice.
• Prepare, review and submit immigration applications, representations, witness statements and supporting documentation.
• Undertake detailed legal research and interpret relevant immigration legislation, Immigration Rules, case law and Home Office guidance.
• Monitor case progress, deadlines and changes in immigration policy or legislation.
• Maintain client communications and confidentiality.
