Job summary

Receptional LTD in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Account Executive to move from support into genuine account ownership across a portfolio of iGaming clients. You will work closely with a Senior Account Manager, build direct client relationships, and take real responsibility for account delivery.

You'll develop commercial awareness, deepen sector knowledge, and demonstrate proactive ownership from day one, with strong support to grow into an independent lead on key accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting client account delivery in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Confident, natural communicator with potential to lead client conversations independently.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail; deadlines and reports must be kept.
• Familiarity with AI platforms shaping digital marketing workflows.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support the seamless day-to-day running of iGaming client accounts, keeping everything on track.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Run account administration: status reports, action logs, and project plans.
• Begin to take direct ownership of Statements of Work, timelines, and risks for accounts.
• Develop understanding of each client's business, objectives, and campaign targets.
• Build direct, trusted relationships with key client contacts.
• Flag upsell/cross-sell opportunities to the account lead.
• Develop awareness of iGaming advertising regulations and responsible gambling requirements.
