Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Principal, Identity Security to lead enterprise identity security architecture and governance across complex, highly regulated environments.

You will drive strategy, standards, and hands-on leadership for Entra ID, AD, hybrid identity, MFA, PIM, and identity governance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Cybersecurity/IT/CS or related field.
• 10+ years IAM/identity security & architecture experience.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise IAM environments.
• Eligibility to obtain UK security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for identity security architecture, engineering, and governance.
• Define and maintain identity security strategy, roadmaps, standards, and reference architectures.
• Lead design/implementation of Entra ID, AD DS, and hybrid identity platforms.
