Job summary

Aberdeen, based in Edinburgh, seeks a Senior Identity & Full-Stack Engineer to own the customer-facing IDP/IDaaS platform and contribute across API and cloud engineering projects.

You will design authentication, SSO, federation and access governance using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML and SCIM, while building cloud-native apps and integrations on Azure. Mentoring and standards leadership are expected within Digital Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Identity Provider or Identity-as-a-Service platforms.
• Strong software engineering capability across C# .NET APIs and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native services.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Aberdeen’s customer-facing Identity Provider (IDP) and IDaaS platform.
• Design and implement authentication, SSO, federation, user lifecycle and access governance solutions.
• Build and support cloud-native applications, APIs and integrations on Microsoft Azure.
