Job summary

Scale seeks an experienced Identity Engineer to design and build secure identity, access management, and authorization systems for enterprise-scale AI products.

You will work on authentication mechanisms (SSO, MFA, SAML/OIDC) and authorization (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC), while shaping governance policies to meet standards and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time engineering experience in infrastructure and identity systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and implementation of identity infrastructure to ensure secure authentication and authorization across enterprise systems.
• Build software for authentication mechanisms such as SSO, MFA, and federated identity solutions (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Build software for authorization mechanisms such as RBAC, ABAC, and ReBAC.
• Define identity governance policies to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Present technical information to teams and stakeholders on identity management best practices.
