Job summary

Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking a Senior ICT Technician to deliver reliable technical support across our MAT and partner schools. You will manage Microsoft 365 and Azure services, assist staff and pupils, and ensure secure, efficient use of digital tools.

• Experience in an IT support role including administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support staff and students.
• Confidentiality and safeguarding awareness in handling data and ICT.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across the Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) ICT Team to staff and students.
• Maintain, install and support ICT infrastructure and digital tools used across trust schools.
• Deliver training sessions for staff and students on software and digital resources.
• Support online safety, data protection and safeguarding practices in ICT usage.
