Job summary

Park Lane Recruitment is seeking a Senior Technician (ICT Systems Ops and Maint.) for Norfolk, VA. The role supports CIS assets, software on LAN workstations, and ticketing with SOP adherence in a multinational VIP setting.

The contract runs 13 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, 100% on-site, 408 hours. Must hold active NATO SECRET clearance and strong English skills, with readiness for after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
• LAN installation, operation and maintenance.
• Windows 10 system administration.
• COTS hardware experience (desktops, printers).
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems for incidents and requests.
• A+ fundamentals (hardware/software).
• Strong English written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Delivers first call resolution following SOPs.
• Provides Level 1 forward support for incidents/requests.
• Escalates to Level 2 where needed.
• Installs and maintains CIS assets for CSU Norfolk and customers.
• Maintains software on LAN workstations.
• Logs actions in the ticketing system and updates status.
• Supports multi-national environment and VIPs.
