Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior ICT Engineer to join the ICT Passive Infrastructure team on UK projects. You will design passive networks and building services, create AutoCAD designs, write technical documents and specifications, and mentor junior staff.

The role may require travel, occasional overseas work, and collaboration with contractors and suppliers. You will support bids and ensure compliance with QA and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent ICT qualifications.
• Experience with copper/fibre infrastructure, data centre design and building services.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project and technical writing.
• Experience leading a work package and mentoring others.
• Ability to obtain UK security clearance and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Design passive ICT systems and building services, including AutoCAD designs.
• Write technical documents and specifications.
• Lead a work package and mentor technicians/engineers.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal engineering disciplines.
• Support bid work and respond to PQQ/ITT.
• Assist in capability development.
