Job summary

Social Security Scotland invites applications for a Principal Cyber Security Analyst - Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager. You will lead a team of IAM specialists, shaping IAM strategy, governance and risk across IGA, PAM, MFA, authentication and access control in a cloud-first environment.

As a senior security leader, you will engage with senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement of identity security controls and oversee security operations and incident response in collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience leading IAM capabilities across governance, authentication and access control.
• Strong background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Proven ability to drive security strategy and risk decisions at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM team, establish governance, standards and performance metrics.
• Own IAM tooling and security platforms for scalable identity governance and monitoring.
• Influence senior stakeholders and act as primary contact for IAM and cyber security matters.
• Provide authoritative guidance on identity, access controls and related security controls.
