Job summary

Intelance Digital Enablement Services Ltd. is seeking a senior identity and access specialist to lead access governance for a UK regulated investment firm.

You will be the client-facing lead, supported by an Intelance engagement partner, steering design to execution across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, a CRM and a cloud data platform. You will run sessions with senior business owners, validate access rules, and guide potential IAM tooling selections, with clear, plain-English documentation for

Qualifications

• 12+ years in identity and access management, with at least 5 years leading client or programme work.
• Led access governance or RBAC work in financial services (asset management/wealth/private markets).
• Hands-on with at least one IAM tool (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada or Entra ID Governance).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint permissions and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client relationship day to day, including steering committee and weekly updates.
• Turn an agreed access design into a working plan with client system owners and keep on track.
• Own the single record of who can see client information and how it’s kept up to date.
• Redesign access management across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, a CRM and data platform.
• Run sessions with senior business owners to confirm access rules and exceptions.
