Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Conducting hydrogeological investigations, including aquifer testing, borehole installation, and groundwater sampling.
- Analysing and interpreting hydrogeological data, including water levels, water quality, and hydraulic conductivity data.
- Conducting numerical modelling to support conceptual site models and risk assessments.
- Preparing technical reports, proposals, and other documents for clients and regulators.
- Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulators.
- Collaborating with Principal staff members on project management and technical guidance.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Post graduate degree level qualification in hydrogeology, engineering geology, catchment management, hydrology, geomorphology or similar.
- Practical and technical experience within consultancy, or within other relevant industries.
- Experience of UK water resources and permitting legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.
- Team and project management skills commensurate with your grade and experience.
- A valid full UK driving licence.

Salary and Benefits:
- A salary in the region of Up to £40,000 with a higher salary potentially negotiable.
- Performance based individual bonus scheme.
- Permanent contract, working 40 hours per week within Monday to Friday. Flexibility is available with start and finish times as well as office location.
