Job summary

ICAEW is seeking a Group Finance Reporting Manager to take ownership of financial accounting and reporting across a complex multi-entity group. You will manage monthly and annual group consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, statutory accounts and IFRS reporting, while ensuring timely information for senior stakeholders.

You will lead the external audit, coordinate with tax advisers, and drive improvements in controls, accounting policies and acquisition accounting.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA or ACCA with strong technical accounting and reporting.
• Experience in multi-entity group consolidations and IFRS.
• Experience leading external audits and liaising with tax advisers.
• Audit-trained background and exposure to IFRS 15/16, SOX or M&A.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and annual group consolidations.
• Run intercompany reconciliations and statutory accounts.
• Ensure IFRS reporting accuracy across the group.
• Lead external audits and support internal audit projects.
