Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or 5 years relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in configuration management in the aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain robust configuration management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration issues.
• Provide guidance and support to engineering teams on configuration management best practices.
• Conduct configuration audits to verify compliance with requirements.
• Ensure changes to product configurations are properly documented, controlled, and communicated.
• Processing HW design data releases and changes.
• Ensuring the integrity of EBOM data as it transitions from PLM to SAP.
• Serving as a focal for HW CM process and tool related questions and issues to individuals within the organization.
• Identifying problems and coordinating fixes for HW CM related issues without the benefit of defined procedures.
