We’re expanding our technical team and looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to work across residential and commercial projects, supporting our industry-leading Nilan Compact P heat pump and ventilation systems.

This is a hands-on role involving commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance, and includes supervising a small in-house team as we scale our service offering.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience with HVAC, MVHR and heat pump systems
• Strong commissioning and fault-finding skills
• Experience across both residential and commercial sites
• F-Gas certification (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
