You will prepare and update four-week lookahead plans, monitor progress, and collaborate closely with engineering, materials, and delivery teams to guarantee active readiness and manage schedule risks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction planning, HVAC or mechanical services.
• Extensive knowledge of developing detailed construction schedules and lookahead plans.
• Expertise in coordinating engineering, material, resource, and quality requirements.
• Well-versed in tracking quantities, productivity reporting, and schedule updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HVAC Level 5 construction schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Prepare and update four-week lookahead plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with engineering, materials and delivery teams to ensure readiness.
