The role requires collaborating closely with engineering, materials and delivery teams, monitoring progress, updating schedules, and providing visibility on schedule risks and readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction planning, HVAC or mechanical services.
• Extensive knowledge of developing detailed construction schedules and lookahead plans.
• Expertise in coordinating engineering, material, resource, and quality requirements.
• An HNC in any engineering discipline (or equivalent).
• Well-versed in tracking quantities, productivity reporting, and schedule updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HVAC Level 5 construction schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Prepare and update four-week lookahead plans and track progress against targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, materials, and delivery teams to ensure readiness.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and provide visibility on schedule risks.
