Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Planner to develop and maintain Level 5 construction schedules for complex industrial projects. You will prepare four-week lookahead plans, track progress, and ensure alignment with milestones and production targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction planning, particularly within mechanical or industrial projects.
• Level 5 scheduling, lookahead planning, and schedule integration.
• Track schedule progress, update programmes, and produce evidence-based reports.
• HNC in engineering discipline, with planning or project management qualifications preferred.
• Extensive experience using industry-standard scheduling software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Level 5 construction schedules aligned with milestones.
• Prepare four-week lookahead plans and track schedule progress.
• Integrate engineering and resource requirements and provide updates to project teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to confirm readiness.
