• Chartered status with a recognised engineering institution.
• Proven track record in senior Building Services design delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering resources to deliver design on time and to standards.
• Define scopes and ensure safe, cost-effective design delivery.
• Moderate design reviews, safety reviews and governance of deliverables.
• Manage contractors and recruitment for design teams.
• Develop engineering capability in support of bid responses.
