Job summary

Workforce People and Data Ltd in Heanor invites an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical HV/LV installation projects from planning through to delivery. You will coordinate internal teams, suppliers and customers, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget compliance on multi-site assignments.

The role requires strong technical understanding of switchgear, transformers and power distribution, plus excellent communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing electrical engineering or installation projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
• Experience with HV/LV installations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of electrical installation projects from handover through to completion
• Plan and manage project programmes, labour, materials, equipment and site requirements
• Coordinate the installation of switchgear, transformers and related electrical equipment
• Read and interpret electrical, engineering and construction drawings
• Monitor project costs, budgets and commercial performance
• Liaise with customers, consultants and site teams for progress updates
• Ensure health & safety requirements are followed
• Produce project updates and progress reports for senior management
• Support procurement and ensure equipment and materials are ordered in line with programme
