Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Construction Economics / Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years experience in a similar quantity surveying role.
• Proficient in Excel and cost management.
• NEC3 contract experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial delivery of HV projects with a focus on substations and switchgear.
• Budgeting, reporting, and preparing interim and final accounts.
• Manage subcontractor accounts and valuations; ensure timely payments.
• Maintain detailed commercial records and cost backup for audits.
• Collaborate with planning for progress reporting and risk identification.
• Negotiate with clients and maintain contract compliance.
