Qualifikationen

• 3rd level qualification in Construction Economics / Quantity Surveying, coupled with a technical background in Electrical/Instrumentation (advantageous)
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent Communication/Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Record Keeping and Administration Skills

Aufgaben

• Cost control and valuation across HV projects, focusing on substations and switchgear
• Administer contracts, interim valuations and final accounts
• Manage subcontractor accounts and payments per contracts
• Prepare accurate back-ups for commercial tracking and costing
• Collaborate with Planning for progress reporting accuracy
• Identify and report commercial risks to Senior Management
