Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Human Rights professional to support the delivery of the Human Rights and Fashion with Integrity strategy across sourcing regions. You will build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to address human rights risks.

You will maintain the TrusTrace system, contribute to due diligence, risk assessments, and remediation programmes while preparing insights through reports for the wider business. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in human rights, ethical trade, responsible sourcing, sustainability, ESG, retail, consultancy or NGO programmes.
• Strong understanding of labour rights, due diligence and ethical trade standards (e.g. ETI Base Code, ILO conventions, UNGPs).
• Experience working with suppliers, audits, NGOs or external stakeholders is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of ASOS' Human Rights and Fashion with Integrity strategy across assigned sourcing regions.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to identify and address human rights risks.
• Monitor supplier performance, coordinate audits, remediation plans and follow-up actions.
• Maintain the internal human rights system (TrusTrace) data entry, records and reporting.
• Track programme data, prepare reports and share insights with the business.
• Develop supplier guidance, toolkits, policies and training materials.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
