Responsibilities

• Leading HR Operations, overseeing the full end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention, performance, learning and development, and offboarding)
• Talent and Culture: Build an employer brand that attracts and retains key talent, champion our values, and enhance our colleague proposition and experience.
• Systems and Compliance: Oversee the HR information system (driving automation), payroll, and benefits while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance at a corporate level.

Qualifications

• Ideally CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) qualification.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a leadership role.
