Job Description:

Our client is an ambitious and well-regarded professional services company seeking a Senior HR Manager to drive HR strategy and oversee its implementation. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR practices with business goals, and fostering a high-performance culture. Responsibilities include leading HR functions, improving systems and policies, and ensuring an optimal employee experience that supports organizational growth and transformation.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies for transformation, leadership development, and growth.
  • Advise management on strategic decisions, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Support workforce planning and restructuring initiatives.
  • Lead employee relations, performance management, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Advise managers on performance strategies and employee engagement programs.
  • Oversee recruitment for senior roles and manage talent succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on leadership development and talent retention.
  • Develop learning and development strategies and evaluate training programs.
  • Optimize HR systems and tools, including performance management platforms and surveys.
  • Implement HR metrics and analytics for senior leadership insights.
  • Lead HR policy development, review, and compliance with employment law.

  • Data-driven mindset with HR metrics expertise.
  • Passion for leadership development, business acumen, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
