Our client is an ambitious and well-regarded professional services company seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead HR strategy and oversee its implementation. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring HR practices align with business goals, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, develop HR strategies for transformation and growth, advise management on talent and organizational development, and support workforce planning.
  2. Employee Relations & Performance Management: Lead employee relations cases, advise on performance strategies, and support employee engagement initiatives.
  3. Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning: Oversee recruitment, manage talent identification, and develop leadership pipelines.
  4. Learning & Development: Develop L&D strategies, champion leadership programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  5. HR Systems & Processes: Optimize HR systems, implement HR metrics, and ensure system accuracy.
  6. Policy Development & Compliance: Lead policy development, ensure legal compliance, and oversee HR operations.
  7. Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and culture change programs, providing coaching and support.
  8. People Development & Coaching: Mentor HR team members and provide leadership coaching.
  9. Employee Benefits & Wellness: Manage benefits programs, design recognition initiatives, and align HR strategies with business goals.

Measures of success include: Achieving HR goals, managing change effectively, improving HR systems, positive employee feedback, and demonstrating business impact.

Person Specification:

  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, with proven HR leadership experience.
  • Experience in strategic HR, employee relations, change management, talent acquisition, and HR systems (e.g., Sage HR).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven with a focus on HR metrics.
  • Passion for leadership development, business acumen, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
