Job Description:

Our client is an ambitious and well-regarded professional services company seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead HR strategy and oversee its implementation. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR practices with business goals, and fostering a high-performance culture. Key responsibilities include leading HR functions, improving systems and policies, and enhancing employee experience to support organizational growth and transformation.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies for transformation, leadership development, and growth.
  • Advise management on talent management and organizational development.
  • Support workforce planning and restructuring initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Guide managers on performance strategies and employee engagement programs.
  • Oversee recruitment for senior roles and manage talent pipeline and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on leadership development and retention.
  • Develop learning and development strategies and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Optimize HR systems and tools, including performance management platforms and analytics.
